Every year, since running the Incahoots Business Book club there is generally one outstanding book that makes it into the Incahoots must read list.
The list of course includes perennial favourites from heavens knows when and then the additions from each year.

There were 3 that could make it in into the hall of fame this year, but I will go with these two:
How BIG things get done – Bent Flyvbjerg and Dan Gardner
The Minds Mirror – Daniela Rus and Gregory Mone
*If I consulted the BBC’ers – they would have had Michelle Redfern’s The Leadership Compass – as number 1. Alas, I did not consult and purely judged the books on the amount of time, since reading, that I reference them.
